RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Mark Chris does not provide refunds for returned items. Store credit or exchange only on undamaged products returned only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions as follows.
Email inquiries@markchris.com in regards to exchanging your order, do not return orders unless you have contacted us first. Please note whether you are looking to get a store credit or exchange, if exchange please state your desired size.
Items will not be exchanged for a different item, only different sizes.
All orders that are shipped back to Mark Chris to be exchanged must be in the original box with shipping material. Any order returned without contact prior as stated will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Upon delivery of returned products, we will visually inspect the item to make sure they have not been damaged. If a product contains any type of imperfection it will be returned back to the customer. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. We will not accept returns of products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles.
Eligible items must be returned for exchange within 30 days of date of purchase.
Please note that all items and accessories marked as “sale” or “on sale” are final. Sale items are not eligible for return and/or exchange and/or store credit.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit amount provided to our customers, if any.
EXOTIC LEATHER DISCLAIMER
Shoes made with genuine exotic leathers have been colored and cured. As the colors are artificial, they may fade, crack, or wear out as part of the natural process on exotic leathers. All exotic leathers are genuine, and thus no exact leathers are the same. Mark Chris is not responsible for any changes in exotic leather as they age through the wear and tear process.
